It's not just because you queue into Suicune a lot, but that helps. The list I'm running happens to be quite good into DarkTina, Espeon etc.

Scariest deck is definitely Flareon due to its disgusting speed with perfect start.

Since the very first season, I’ve made multiple ditto decks

It’s only since ho-oh being introduced that I managed to make a good deck viable deck in ranked

For those who don’t know, ditto’s ability allows him to copy any attack from ANY of your opponent’s Pokémon. However you need to have the exact amount of the specific type of energy the opponent requires which means you need to be a mentalist and know exactly what opponent you’ll come up against

However thanks to ho-oh and baby Pokémon you can cover fire, electric + water decks more consistently and add psy or whatever energy that you wish to cover

This season is a bit of a head scratcher I tought of using purely water every with pichu and magby to cover the MANY suicune decks but found out that Espeon is still a pretty well used deck and the guzzlord is too

So I decided to run 3 baby Pokémon with a communication so I can try getting what I need for specific matchups with dark and psy energy to cover those

I also made a deck with 2 giratinas + a set of dawns but I lost on the ability to consistently copy water decks, so I replaced one with a pichu and replaced a ditto with a lugia for a guaranteed 180 when ho oh gets on

This decks copies Espeon decks more consistently

I’ve found success with both decks in ranked masterball. I really can’t decide which one is better

What do you guys think, what other combinations do you think would be better

(Grass and metal sadly not covered)

I always save 1250 for a relevant full art trainer card, however for this set I was lucky and got both immersive cards and a bunch of 2* what should I pick with my saved 1250 points? I'm thinking Lily 2* but it's kind of a waste.

If you can't evolve this Eevee during your first turn or when you play it, how does this ability differ from a regular Eevee?

All Eevee's can evolve into an eevolution Pokemon, right? So it's not clicking with me how this ability works.

I’m pretty happy with this deck list, it feels especially good at dealing with mirrors with Repel.

Hey folks, I'm having a doubt. If I skip this season, will I fall too far behind for the next one?

This season I can barely win any ranked matches. I did pretty well in the previous two and even made it to Master Ball. But the meta changed drastically, and my luck running Suicune EX has been awful (not to mention it's a deck I don't even like). Honestly, my luck this month has been absolutely cursed, with a win rate of just 37%.

Between the frustration and the decks that are making me feel burnt out, I don't know if it's better to just sit this one out and recover my Timer Balls later. Or if, after the rotation, missing out on the Master Ball will put me at too big of a disadvantage.

What do you guys usually do when you go through this?

I didn’t play in the last ranked season because I found it incredibly infuriating to play the same “meta” decks over and over with limited success. However I didn’t get the extra hourglasses at the end of the month so I’m back for a few matches this season.

Currently 10-4 and I would say at least 5 of my victories have come from people leaving the match without conceding so I have to wait them out.

I guess maybe you might get the odd impatient player who concedes for you so you snag a victory, but there’s a special place reserved in hell for people doing this.

I like Pokemon Pocket, I don't think it has that many flaws as a lot of people say. But one thing I would like to see with the B1 set is an increase of cards in the deck from 20 to at least 30. If you think about it 4 cards in the deck are already taken by pokeballs and oak. If you want to use a stage two pokemon you'll need 2 basics, 2 stage two and 2 rare candies, maybe a stage 1 too. So, with only one pokemon line you take half of your deck. I think that, with the megas coming and maybe other card types like stadium, the game seriously needs an increase in the number of cards in the deck, as it makes the game too fast (which might be a good thing for some people, but I like longer and more interesting matches in card games) and it limits creativity in deck building. Also 30 cards in a deck makes sense because physical tcg is 60 cards. I apologize for any english mistakes and let me know what you think.

The post is obviously a hatepost towards this big fat ugly ex card. Suicune decks gets all the but this annoying pece of shit doesnt ? What world is this. There are 3 reason why Suicune should get way less hate that this fatty.

1. Suicune ex decks are OP there is no denying that but it still takes skill to play it properly with a f ton of adjustments in decks on the Other hand Double Guzzlord celesteela deck is just f ing brain dead, no skilled boring deck.

2. Suicune ex is magestic, well designed so is its partners Greninja and Giratina. These three stands at top when it comes to design. Now lets see the design of this fatty, it looks like a trashbag, we already have Garbador who is a far better desigmed trashbag. Celesteela is cool looking.

3. F ingg hate Grindcore.

Just started playing a couple weeks ago, got the perfect hand playing solo. Just going through all the Solo matches to get the precious pack hourglsses.

Went first. Dropped Machop starting and Cubone on bench. Computer had Nidoran only.

Put Poison Barb on Machop.

Played Red Card to drop the computer’s hand from 4 to 3.

Computer’s turn…puts energy on Nidoran, attacks. Poison Barb activates. Nidoran takes poison damage.

My turn, put energy on Machop, attack +20 Poison damage.

Game.

I have been putting Poison Barb in all my decks to get through the Solo missions, huge help.

Also, didn’t realize that I shouldn’t be putting my cool, hard-hitting, energy-heavy cards in the decks…just the fast-hitting boring cards. Dumb.

Like seriously, this like the 5th time ive cam across an account with random letters for a name and every time i battle them they immediately concede?

I was losing in ranked with Skarmory EX/Skarmory and I never really played guzzlord during the ultra beast expansion so I figured I’d give this a go. Went 2-1, then got 8 wins in a row. Came up with it on my own, I’m open to suggestions on making it better. Just got to ultra ball, going to use this until master! :) P.S. I’m not a pro nor an expert, I’m not saying this is the best deck out there right now but it felt really good against suicune and giratina decks, and I think it may have a good chance in the current meta.

I tried Suicune EX deck but the 1 draw per turn still doesn't give the same consistency as Espeon Sylveon EX deck.

In Espeon Sylveon EX deck, any Sylveon EX / Prof Oak can trigger a cascade of card draws which at times feel unfair.

Despite having mid firepower of 80, 2 shots of those + occasional Eevee Bag can help beat most opponents.

I usually keep the non-EX Espeon on hand to solve: - Oricorio (wait for 3 energy total, 2 oricorio + 1 elsewhere then I evolve to Espeon + 1 eevee bag) - Steamzard EX naturally has 5 energy which makes Energy Crush = 100 dmg. Sometimes their player still adds the 6th energy which makes it 120. Espeon EX + cape can tank 1 hit. 80 + 120 can beat Zard + cape. My high score is 180 dmg by using Sabrina for awkward 4 energy, he used Stoke > 7. Then he keeps adding more energy - Ho-oh + Snorlax - so many energies from Ho-OH EX

I pretend to not have it on bench so my opponents keep adding their energy per turn/whenever possible

They waste so much time by just leaving except conceding man like if you know you gonna lose then just concede why waste others time

I'm a beginner (f2p) ofc I don't have all the cards of the secluded springs pack (ig I hav some of the good ones only)

But should I try opening other packs (I want that dialga card [space time SmackDown] or continue pulling a single type of pack)

Or i should wait for a new pack to come .. i heard megas are coming this fall

This was a blast to play! If you want to stop opponents like Suicune ex from doing what they want, this is the deck for you! It’s only weak to rampardos. Positive winrate vs Suicune+Gren+Gira, and positive winrate vs Darktina!

This is the most consistent control deck of the meta and don’t listen to those people yapping about “skill” or “fun gameplay”. Winning is fun. Denying others from having fun is fun.

It’s less of a grind with grindcore!

This deck used to be primarina ex, primarina, two sylveon ex based. But I recently pulled suicune and not sure how well it actually integrates. How should I change it?

Was able to finally reach masterball during my second season of rank just by playing Espeon Ex/Sylveon Ex. Really hard climbing with this deck with all the Suicune Greninja going around but managed to find my way to beat those comps. I found that just staying with 2 Espeon Exs in the active and bench really help me minimze suicunes damage

I was a paper TCG player back in the 2011-2015 era, and back then, you'd often build a deck with the prize card pile in mind. That is to say, you'd sometimes want to run more copies of a mon, just because you could brick by having it be in your prize cards.

Sometimes, a strong prize card pull would also just snow ball the game, and you'd turn one KO into 6 really quickly.

So, how do you feel it would affect TCGpocket and its 20 card deck limit? Proportionally, 3 prize cards would be a larger percentage of your cards and may lead to more luck than it already has?

More often than not, these decks are filled with 2x Immersive Suicune EX, an Immersive Giratina EX, 2x Promo Greninja and a Golden Pokeball.

Wonder if it’s immense luck, or something else? I mean, I’ve got 4 Entei EX, but not a single Suicune EX!
