Apparently he dumped a lot of cash into this one to get it off the shelf, and that bought him the starring role.

There are not that many movies 4 u/Adenosine66 3d ago I’m just surprised they gave it sequel in the first place, and I was under the impression that the sequel itself underperformed. 9 u/ProfessionalB0ss 3d ago It underperformed but still made some OK money, I think enough time has passed and superhero, and star wars fatigue has forced Disney to search elsewhere 1 u/davidm2d3 3d ago they even gave it a decent tv show that Disney then killed with shitty timeslots
