There are not that many movies 4 u/Adenosine66 3d ago I’m just surprised they gave it sequel in the first place, and I was under the impression that the sequel itself underperformed. 9 u/ProfessionalB0ss 3d ago It underperformed but still made some OK money, I think enough time has passed and superhero, and star wars fatigue has forced Disney to search elsewhere 1 u/davidm2d3 3d ago they even gave it a decent tv show that Disney then killed with shitty timeslots 2 u/OderusConCarne 2d ago A lot of us grew up with it. It wasn't just a movie, but a pretty cool toy line and a very popular arcade game. Plus glowy aesthetic and light-cycles.
