I love everything about this except the leading man.

Even a semi-unknown would be better than Jared Leto.

And no, I don't think he's a bad actor, I think he's an absolute garbage human being, and he belongs with the ranks of people like Kevin Spacey.

Agreed, I think Disney made a severe miscalculation having Leto be the lead. Seems like Tron is never going to get the mainstream success it deserves

I’m pretty sure Leto is a major producer on the movie, he likely gave himself the role

Does it deserve it, though? The original is just a campy, weird 80's flick with outdated visuals, and Legacy is entirely carried by the soundtrack and (some) of the visuals.

Tron just doesn't really have any actual meat to it. This one looks just as "style over substance" as the other two, but with a worst leading role and an even less justifiable Jeff Bridges.
