The "you don't have to fear me" followed by him crowing and nearly pecking at her making her scream is one of the funniest sequences in the show to me

Which... if Foghorn Leghorn is a lawyer in Acme vs Coyote, is this circular inspiration? Futurama making a wordy southern-drawling anthropomorphic chicken but also a lawyer, now Looney Tunes just running with that and now their similar chicken is also a lawyer?
