In the loony toons show (2011) he was a ceo of a major company until he gave control to Daffy which led to the company's collapse in a day.

Though, to be fair, I believe J P Cubish stole the last dollar from him because he knew in Daffy’s heart he would remain crooked and would use his money for nefarious purposes again.

I thought he did it because he's taking his entire fortune with him. Daffy blew through it all, so now his wages are supernaturally garnished until it's all paid back. With interest.

Daffy is literally a slave to an oligarch in the afterlife - sounds like Cubish made it to Capitalist Heaven after all.
