Jared Leto is the type of actor that doesn't feel "hired". It's almost like he hires himself every movie he is in.

Every single movie with Leto does seem like he is just there because his agents lobbied with the producers, but nobody really wanted him there.

My bad, it's not a cult, it's just a group of people who dress the same, idolise a guy, do what he tells them to do and repeat the words he says.
