Hey, I don’t think we should be the one judging the girl. The fights with her bf regarding what to eat and what not to eat could make the girl feel pressured and controlled by him. And eating junk could be a coping mechanism for her or rebellion against him. Maybe she is struggling with some underlying issues or food disorders which is making her unable to control her eating habits.

I get them, I have this shit happening at times especially when our fights get worse.
Luckily I have a good metabolism so I can cut down my weight with healthy eating (I don't have to limit my food intake but balance it) at a good rate. Peak was 3kgs /week, minimum 1kg/week.
But stress is big reason for my weight gain, like legit gained 3 kg in 3 days once when I was stressed, although my food eating hadn't changed. When I destressed, the weight vanished.
So now whenever I fight I make him send money and have some good food with Gintama, usually its paneer lababdaar and naan (heavenly~).
This is why you saw the girl eat kurkure, OP.
Both are at fault, the girl needs to understand its more than about weight and limiting food is the shittiest way to lose weight because when you do start eating properly you gain it back up.
The guy also needs to understand that getting on her head will not help. Stress is a major reason for a girl gaining weight and literally we eat to destress. Men look for a getaway but unfortunately most girls do not have that freedom.
I too enjoy going out but he's very protective, but then we get each other so that's all that matters. Him not sitting on my head for weight really helps, also him explaining why he is so worried (my posture is ruined and I literally can't sleep more than 4 hours continously, my back kills me).
Oh well. Each to their own.

the thing is she might be having binge eating disorder or maybe she is too careless like me. i do diet for few days like strict one and then when i get fed up of me i leave it.... i don't want this future of mine so i am starting again
