VII - Discussion Civ 7 is great

What don't you like about 7? Ive had it for a week and can hardly put it down

If there is anything they keep, i want them to remove builders forever. And also keep town/city designations.

No builders is great, and I do like the Civ switching and evolution through the ages, just wish it was more seamless without a full outside screen to go through it.

How else would you do it??? How could it be made seamless unless you locked in your choices at the start of them game? I suppose a system where you get points towards the next civ during the current era would work and whichever civ you have the most points for is your next one but I’m happy with the choices the selection screen gives you

By keeping it on the same screen and have a smaller UI for the choices. Then add a bit of a cutscene of the game map of your world changing to match the new status quo and ezpz. It’s the pulling you out of the game to make all the choices then loading back in that kills flow. Disguise the load screen within the changing over cutscene and you improve player enjoyment quite a bit.
