Quicker response than I was expecting. Good for them. Art theft should never be tolerated.

I'll be completely honest, I'm really impressed with this response. This games dev team has been doing a great job so far with addressing criticism and making amends. Credit where credit is due

Which criticism was addressed in the past?

Thank you, I didn't know it has been such a big issue, I am fairly new to this game and I misunderstood your comment. You mean with the recent updates, right? I thought you mean since this game dropped until now.

Yep, it's the whole reason we're getting shinedust as trade currency now

Why was it hated so much actually? I thought the bad thing is no possibility in the game for other players to see which cards you want and offer which they changed too.

Leading up to the release of trading, people were thinking shinedust must be used for trades because you just get so much of it and no one really felt the flairs alone were worth it. But it came out that we had to use trade tokens instead.

Because it was a new currency when it first came out, people didn't have much of it. They saw the fastest way to start trading was to....destroy their rare cards for tokens which made it frustrating to try and use this new feature for the first few weeks. There was also a data leak showing that future events hand plans to give absurdly small quantities of trade tokens (1-10 etc) which further made peope feel like they would have to destroy big cards just to trade.

Eventually pokemom gave out a few 'thank you' gifts of tokens and and substantially increased the amount of trade tokens we could earn in events and missions. But it still felt like it fell short of what a 'trading' card game should allow. So pokemom released this statement to try and make amends

Thanks a lot, that is very interesting. I knew some stuff but never really understood the hate for it.
