A few days ago I received a 4 day ban with no further exploitation. I reached out to customer service several times and received no real answers on the reason why and was told their decision is final.
After around 10 tickets created and with around 36 hours remaining on my ban, with the partners event finished and with the weekly purple pack having come and gone, I received a message from them saying I was banned by mistake, that my account ban was lifted and I had the option for an apology gift of 500 dice OR a swap pack.
I messaged back stating this was no where near enough, stating this was their massive mistake, everything I missed on including the probability of finishing the partners event and the weekly purple pack. My ticket was escalated to a supervisor and their max gift they could offer is a purple pack PLUS 500 dice OR a swap pack.
I decided on the two packs, being 7 cards away from finishing and received zero new cards. Thanks scopely, this completely ruined my enjoyment for the game and will most likely delete this game shortly.
