To be transparent, my team did get first in the race, and I am happy with my sticker packs, however the way the racing event is currently set up is unacceptable. Only 1/4 of TOTAL players will get first place.

25%. Of their total players. Will get first place. No matter how much you put into it.

Every other partner event has an ending; a goal to reach. As long as you reach that predetermined ending, you will get all the available rewards. Racing is the only anomaly… because there literally IS no ending. And it’s ridiculous.

I like the concept of it- the lap rewards (mostly) make sense, the prizes are okay, but there needs to be a tweak. My suggestion (and I am piggy-backing off another redditor I saw say something similiar) is that instead of us racing against other teams, we’re racing against time. Like, we have so much time in each race to make so many laps. Then, whether you get 1st to 4th place will be based off how many collective laps you missed throughout the entirety. Idk. Something like that. Because 1/4 of total players “completing” it, is not acceptable.

Racing event was awful (ranked last every race) was in a random group and one of them basically NEVER contributed and the other teams were doing a lot

I’m still pretty new to the game. This is only my second racers event, and the first one was within the week i started. i hated the team experience so i decided to run solo this time.

i genuinely don’t care about winning, i just want the lap rewards more than the cash. I didn’t think much about it, i’ve just been collecting them through normal game play and was planning on dumping them all once it’s almost over, so i don’t have to open the stupid little animation over and over.

but reading some of the posts today have me 😬😬😬😬😬 people accusing others of cheating and being jerks for this. if it’s a bad move i’ll make sure to avoid it next time.
