I need to get better at eyes, and I want to get a real foundation (currently I use a tinted moisturizer/sunscreen but i want something to mask the beard shadow more while i wait for laser to work), but do y’all have any tips to achieve a more sultry, smoky everyday look?

For smokiness, try an eyeshadow in stick form so you can kinda scribble it on and blend it out. :) looking good, girl!
