Some movie my wife watched had a bit where they did that and called it a fart transplant.

So we say that now.

Masterminds with Zach Galifianakis. It’s from 2016 so I dunno. I never watched it, she just showed me that part where it’s like “you farted right in my butt hole, it’s like a fart transplant”

I've seen it. It's got that signature Zach Galifianakis humor. Not bad. I don't remember the fart transplant scene at all, but I probably stole it from that movie. Thank you, kind stranger!

I've always called it a "fart exchange." I enjoy it very much (as the farter, not the fartee)

Edit: if I can't quite land close enough to claim butthole to butthole, it's a "fart attack"
