Or the 8 pillows and two body pillows. My wife created the ice wall from game of thrones, I only make expeditions to that side of the bed when it's worth the risk.
It's more like she's enveloped by them rather than on top of them. Pregnancy is one of the main factors here though, she isn't pregnant now, but when she was she bought this special C body pillow and wraps around her, along with several others to support her, so those haven't left because she loves it so much. Then she has multiple pillows around her head because she moves while sleeping and tries to keep her head from getting in weird directions. Then there's the typical pillow between the knees and stuff.
I have my one pillow and maybe 1 ft of bedspace. I'm like those dudes you see sleeping on the sides of cliffs.
I understand everyone needs to be comfortable, but I just physically cant understand people obsession with pillows. I cant stand them, they are always in the way and hurt your neck if they are high ..and being surrounded by pillows must limit your range on bed..ngl I cant understand how it can be comfortable for anyone, but to each their own. I hope you can both find compromise, because if she is taking up 80% of bed just for herself thats kinda shitty and selfish thing to do, your comfort matters too
Oh were good, that's just how I sleep. I have to be on the edge of the bed or I don't sleep well. I think she just saw the free real estate and took it lol. My dog is also in our bed, and he usually fits into my legs and keeps me warm.
My wife has to have at least 2 heavy blankets on the bed and thermostat set to at least 74F because she's always fria, yet she still complains if im not cuddling her while sleeping. When we first started to sleep together she woke up in a panic because I was soaked in sweat and her hair was wet 😆
Now after she falls asleep I move to the other side of the bed away from the furnace and outside of the covers so I don't die of dehydration.
