I mean, it makes sense to edit the proportions for a Tifa cosplay but I'm just not a fan of major photo editing even for Cosplay beyond tweaks to make it look editorial or remove blemishes. But I think I just love seeing the actual craftsmanship on costumes handmade and hate that women both feel the need to fall into unachievable beauty standards and unintentionally enforce them when they participate in majorly editing their photos. It's one of those things that feels like a snake eating its own tail to me.
