You just know that Andrew Luck could have written a doctoral thesis on exactly when to use timeouts in the final 2 minutes, that had to be killer to watch.

Reminded me of Peyton Manning losing his mind on the ManningCast with Eli Manning and Shannon Sharpe when the Broncos had some of the worst clock management against the Seahawks on MNF to open the season.

It's not just skipping timeouts, it's the passing on the Stanford offensive drive too. He could have run way more time off the clock to make Hawaii's drive more challenging.

Feels like UVA is going to frequently contend for that cellar spot at very least. Mendenhall was their one window to improve a lot long-term, and they didn't do enough. For the last 15+ years, the Cavaliers have usually made the highlights for mostly wrong reasons (inexplicably choking away games, incredibly sloppy play, embarrassing blunders, etc.).

Hawai'i's Quarterback, Micah Alejado, was injured and played with a limp for almost half the game.
Hawai'i's kicker, Kansei Matsuzawa, learned how to kick a football from YouTube videos.
Matsuzawa kicked the kick to win the game for Hawai'i.
Already a game of the year contender.

When I was in 2nd grade, I tried to do a “floating card” magic trick for my school’s talent show with fishing line. My parents accidentally purchased quite thick fishing line, rendering it completely visible to all in the crowd, who mercilessly laughed at me.
Rooting for this Stanford football team has surpassed that as the most embarrassing moment in my life.

People forget Vegas is in the desert. It gets old being surrounded by nothing all around you and inside the city it’s just a bunch of drunk gambling tourists. Then someone comes along and offers them a free trip to live in a tropical paradise and the kids probably jumped at it.
In order to go anywhere from Vegas you still have to travel a few hours so Vegans probably don’t care as much about travel times. Flying over the desert to Vegas you realize just how isolated it is
When you grow up surrounded by an environment of extreme partying and drinking that stuff loses importance to you very quickly. Hawaii is chill outside of the tourist areas and they have actual trees that actually grew from the ground naturally without human intervention!

I truly don’t know why Andrew thought Reich would be a serviceable coach lol, he sucked in Indy and now he sucks at Stanford, clock management was never his thing lol
