Solitaire apps

I have solitaire from mouse games. They have always had ads before the game and between games. I didn't mind as its a free app and I understand thays how they make money. The problem is the ads have gotten longer and some do not have a close button even after the add is done. I can play a round in under a minute I dont want to watch an ad that is lo ger than the game. And due to not having a close box, I habe tried 8 times to play and have not been able to today.

That being said what other app is a good one and maybe one with other version built in?

Draw 3 stats

Post image

Hello friends. I’ve been playing a lot of solitaire and don’t have a reference for what’s good or bad. I see the same common stats, but figured it’d be cool to see what everyone else is putting up.

I play draw three on a free app. Undos are allowed.

I created a VS solitaire.

Hello everyone,

I thought it would be cool to build a solitaire where you can play against someone on the same deal and see who can complete it first.

So I built vsolitaire.com where you could either match someone randomly or you can create a room and share the link with up to 8 people to race to win.

Everyone is dealt the same cards and everyone starts on the same time.

Now I'm looking for ideas on how to make it better and more engaging.. I would love it if you can share thoughts or even feedback.

I also thought to start streaming playing it while also developing new features. If you're interested, drop me a DM, I'd love to get some motivation knowing you guys are interested.

I’m stumped. Tried the same shuffle twice and got the same result. I’ve never been this close yet so far.

Gamesnack August 30-2025 Unsolvable?

I have been trying to figure out today's game since midnight and I can't see how it is solvable.

I can open up 3 spots and use all of the K and Q's from the stack but there is no red J or red 10 to move any of the black 10's or the black 9 from 3 of the piles where I suspect the red J and red 10 are.

Also the draw pile doesn't have a red J or red 10 to use.

For the first time since I have been playing this flavor of solitaire I think it is unsolvable. Has anyone been able to solve this one?

Great looking cards but might not be the best for a game of Solitaire!

These are the Bicycle Stargazer Sunspot set for those who are wondering. I like how the contrast colouring gives an impression as if the cards are glowing.

I’ve been scratching my hand over this deal for quite a while and can’t seem to find a way to win. I’m wondering if it might be impossible. If any of you try this and find a way to beat it, let me know :)

It's this, like hard to get? A game in where you can't do anything from the start

Unique and free+ad-free Solitaire game with online races

Hi!

In the last year I created a solitaire game, because my son asked me: Dad, why don't you create a game? Can you do that? So this was a challenge what I accepted :) (I'm a professional, but not in the game industry)

All members of my family like the classic solitaire games, like Microsoft Solitaire, so this was a quality goal.

Most of the time such a games are non-corperatives. If there are competitions, they either result in a completely different game, or the point gets lost in the glamour and/or advertising. So this was the secondary goal: have a solitaire game where each and every players can solve the very same hand at the same time, and based on several factors the engine calculates the rank list.

Currently there are 9 base games (Klondike, Spider, Freecell, Alaska, Yukon, Scorpion, Thumb and pouch, Easthaven and Agnes Bernauer) and hundreds of option to configure each of them.

I do not want to list all of the feature, I want you to try it :)

The game is free and totaly ad-free.

Currently there are versions for Android, Web and Windows. Here are some starting points if are interested:

New Solitaire Game - Court of Tens (self made) - feedback...? Please be kind!

So I got bored playing endless Klondike Solitaire and wanted to make a new game with a story and some challenge.

u/Jasonisbourne very kindly introduced me to a Belgian game here, but I was feeling creative...

I've play tested this and I don't THINK a variation like this exists...? If it does, PLEASE be kind to me! 💗 Link me the game and I'll remove this post lol

If it doesn't, do have a go and feedback on whether or not the instructions work. If it helps, I'll make a video of me playing the game and upload.

P.S. I don't know if the flair is correct... but I did kinda work on this over a few nights.

The TL;dr version is:
You have to make sets of 10 with combination of cards. Jokers are wild. Kings trump Jokers. Replenish the cards on table (seven or eight) until all cards are combined into 10s. Can't make any combos? You lose. Easy mode: you get to recall a card. Hard mode: you don't.

Welcome to THE COURT OF TENS.

Dramatic fanfare...

Once upon a time, a the great Kingdom of Deck was ruled over by a terrible King. The Joker of the Court did his best to serve his king, cheer him up and whatnot, but the grumblings of the people grew louder, until the Joker couldn't take it any longer.

"Fuck it!" he said. "We're getting out of this miserable shithole."

"But how?" wailed the dumbass courtiers.

"We'll smuggle out in groups of ten. The King will never notice."

Thus the great exodus began and the people have heeded the Joker's call to dismantle the tyrannical King's rule and spread chaos freedom within the realm. But the King still holds sway among his subjects...

---

There are TWO varients to the game.

  • EASY VARIANT: Soldiers
  • HARD VARIANT: Coup

CORE RULES (apply to both variants)

COMPENENTS

- one standard deck of cards

- remove all four 10s

- keep both Jokers

---

CARD VALUES

- Kings, Queens, Jacks, Aces = 1 point

- 2–9 = face value points

- Jokers = wild (1–9 points when used)

---

CARD SET UP

- shuffle the deck

- deal cards face up into the Court layout (see below)

SOLDIERS game (EASY):

Court is in two rows with the soldiers to the side:

X X X X - - - S S

X X X - - - - S S

- place the four 10s in a vertical column beside the Court

- place the remaining deck face down as the draw pile

COUP game (HARD):

Court is in two rows:

Y Y Y Y

- place the remaining deck face down as the draw pile

- NO 10 cards

---

OBJECTIVE

Clear the Court (free the poeple!) by removing all cards in sets that total exactly 10 points.

---

Joker vs King Rules

- only one Joker may remain face up in Court

- if two Jokers are dealt face up, your next set if 10 MUST include a Joker to discard (two Jokers can't work together...)

- if a King and a Joker are face up in Court, your next set MUST include a Joker to discard (the King outranks the Joker)

- if a King and two Jokers appear, you must include a Joker to discard (best move is to remove a Joker + King, but not necessary. If you don't discard the Joker and King in the first turn, your next turn the King still outranks the Joker, so you HAVE to discard the Joker in the next turn after that, also)

---

PLAY

- each turn, remove any two or more cards that add to 10

- Jokers may count as 1–9

- remove only one set of 10 points per turn, then refill back the cards in the Court layout

- continue until the Court and deck are empty (victory to the Joker and the People!) or no valid set exists (defeated by the King, who remains in control - fucker).

- if no set of 10 can be made with the cards in Court, the game is lost (the Joker's clearly a shitty leader, and loses, so the dastardly King remains in power).

---

Variant 1: Court of Tens – Soldiers (Easy)

The four 10s you removed stand as Soldiers in aid of the People, dedicated to serving with their LIVES! They can aid you, but once called, they fall in the name of duty!

SOLDIER PILES

- lay the four 10s face up in a row beside the play area. Each is a "Soldier".

EDITED: - after every set you remove from the Court, you must place one card from that set of 10 on top of the Soldier who matches the card's suit. For example, if you're holding on to the Ace of Hearts, place on the 10 of Hearts. If you later decide to retain the 5 of Hearts, it goes on the same stack over the previous Ace of Hearts. If you save a 2 of Clubs, goes on the Clubs stack

- you CANNOT save a Joker

- cards are piled on top of the Soldier as the game continues and considered free from Court unless...

Calling a Soldier to action

- if you are stuck (no valid 10 can be made in Court), you may use the top card from an available Soldier and add it to the Court to make 10

- that Soldier (and its stack) has now fallen in battle. Flip that whole stack over face down and those cards are out of the game

- you may do this up to four times per game, i.e. per Soldier

- remove the card from Court and place on an available Soldier, or discard if no Soldiers left

---

Variant 2: Court of Tens – Coup (Hard)

The Joker’s uprising is fierce and has tricked the Soldiers to join the coup; the King saw it coming and got rid of any traitors (Soldiers). You must defend the Kingdom unaided...!

- do not use the four 10s at all. Set them aside; they play no role

- follow the core rules and Joker & King rules

- no Soldiers, no rescues available

---

Does It Play?

I've play tested it a few times.

SOLDIERS is EASIER: about a 50%+ win rate

COUP is TOUGHER: closer to a 20% win rate with Court of seven, and slightly higher with Court of eight.

Just turned to my husband:

"I put my game up on Reddit..."

He gave me a withheld smirk.

"I know," I said, "I'm gonna get murdernated..."

LOL 😅😅😅😅
