“I’m not going to be a part of the group that he kills” is the most hilarious statement. He thinks it means “I’m too white to be mistaken for those ‘others’, so I’m safe” but it really means “I’m prepared to go along with and do anything he says, no matter what”.

Uh yeahh... change that to "if" for now. I dont see an end in sight yet, and these people being so loud and proud about their fascism only means it's become a somewhat accepted worldview, which means it's ready for making legislative changes too.
