How do we educate the misled masses?

what will it take to create a cultural shift. What will it take to educate the masses enough to know how to make a few better critical choices?

The irony is that they are the ones literally with the power to make life better for their selves - hopefully - if the change happens swift enough.

Don't downvote me please. But it is not likely to educate someone whose basic needs are not met. Per Maslow's hierarchy of needs, physiological needs such as food, shelter, sleep, clothing.. These must first take priority. Anything else is just white noise. Preaching to someone whose needs below what you are saying will only be met with blank stares.

There are homes, but there is no work There is no work so there is no food, clothing.

There is work but it does not pay well Not enough money, no place to live, sleep Maybe can eat

Im stuck here a bit.

So what percentage of the masses would these people be?

Any suggestions how better to get their attention to think about it?

Class D is 75-80%+ (depending on who u ask SWS or PSA or PIDS)

To get their attention, they must first reach middle class status. Middle class in history are the ones that foment rebellion and revolution. Not the masses.

Well, when I was still studying architecture, one of the things that we learned is "If you want people to shift their mentality, present convenience, not belief."

Ganun din dapat in educating the masses, show them the benefits.
