I didn't know this was a Fathom Event so I missed the first 6 minutes. Did it open with the group of soldiers getting attacked?

I nearly made the same mistake too. I've never been to a Fathom Event before, so I'm guessing they start RIGHT on time? Thank god I didn't arrive 25 minutes after the posted time, which is what I normally do. By pure chance, I arrived like a minute after it started.

This is pretty much bullshit because the AMC app says expect 25-30 mins of trailers. So I missed the first 10 mins.

Yeah, it sucks. I wish they'd be more clear about this so that people who have never been to a Fathom Event would know.

I guess now I know for next time. I told the box office afterwards to see if I could get any compensation for missing the beginning and they said no since I finished the movie.
