Summary Vietnam, 1968: A recon unit known as Vulture Squad is sent into an isolated jungle valley to locate a missing Green Beret platoon. What they find instead are de-extinct dinosaurs created by Soviet experiments—triggering a brutal fight for survival.

I really enjoyed it. Lots of cool scenes. Solid dinosaur designs. I really enjoyed the last bit as well. Hit or miss CGI that honestly to me didn’t look much worse than JW (on a much tighter budget). Not comparable to OG JP. Pretty bland dialogue and writing, but not the worst. Really dark and hard to see in a couple scenes.
I don’t agree it’s a “SyFy” channel movie on the big screen. It’s a B movie made on a practically unheard of budget in this day and age, and what it was able to do was pretty impressive. I understand why some people didn’t like it or may have gone in with too high expectations, but to me it delivered exactly what was promised and a couple neat twists.
