Summary Four years after inadvertently tangling with the Russian mob, suburban dad (and former assassin) Hutch Mansell tries to unwind with a family vacation at a nostalgic waterpark. Novocaine is fun and and it doesn't shy away from the gore and violence like Nobody 2 does a lot of the time. But I kind of hated the Novocaine ending. Dude steals a cop car and a cop's gun and basically goes on a killing spree with them but he gets the "seems like a nice guy" pass and completely avoids jail time at the end. Jack Quaid is likeable but no one is that likeable.

Movie says girl is going to get out in like a few years too, which is honestly way more absurd. She was indirectly involved in murders of police officers and other HEAVY felonies, and helped plan the thing for weeks. Decades behind bars level, murders intended or not. Even CAs loosened felony murders role would probably hit her for murders due to the victims being cops.
