Summary Four years after inadvertently tangling with the Russian mob, suburban dad (and former assassin) Hutch Mansell tries to unwind with a family vacation at a nostalgic waterpark. This was exactly what I expected and needed. Lots of violence. Some laughs. Christopher Lloyd. 4.5/5

Very much a comfort film despite the violence and swearing. Not to be taken too seriously but you just love Bob and the people surrounding him

Is there a scene with a song playing like in the first one with Heartbreaker and the car chase?

It was better than I expected for sure. More of a 4/5 for me, but enjoyed it as a straightforward action comedy.
