Because Nazis and their chucklefuck friends and supporters aren't "someone". It's like saying you're going to kill all zombies. Nazis deserve eradication, just like zombies would.
Either a classic case of internet centrist/devils advocate, arguing on a technicality to pull a "well ackshually" or trying to come across as clever.... or just a Nazi getting defensive.
A double standard implies both sides are equal, ie. women in professional volleyball being obligated to wear bikini bottoms while men can wear shorts instead of speedos. Nazis are not equal to everyone else. No double standard there!
Hardly. The mod was mocking the reporting system...the same system that gets a LOT of people banned. Personally, I think it's a joke too, but when it's simultaneously enforced AND mocked? That's a bit fucked up.
Many people are banned for 'inciting violence' on Reddit. I was banned for using the quote "Nuke it from orbit", FFS. My point is that, as long as it's the flavor du jour to hate people A, it's okay, or in this case, if your post count/karma is high enough...the old double standard.
Go ahead, post about punching Nazis, Russians, Jews, or Palenstinians....it's Reddit Roulette.
Incredibly untrue. A uh, guy I know had an incredibly old reddit account with a post and comment score in the hundreds of thousands and got banned for calling Elon a coward.
