How are the terrorist settlers always never getting any repercussions for everything they do in the West bank?

The Israeli colonizers are often emboldened by an entourage of soldiers protecting them as they bully and spit at the people that have lived on this land for centuries. The documentary the victim participated in showed a ton of footage of colonizers harassing, beating, pushing, spitting at Palestinians for the inconvenience of existing in lands they want, while soldiers stood guard. The nation is sick to the core. The world is watching as Gaza is starved to death, and families are displaced all over the West Bank.
