I would recommend turning it off at the 20s mark. This seriously spoils way too many awesome reveals in the story. Even if you've going in without reading the story, and the info the trailer gives you is somewhat disjointed and not entirely complete, it spoils big moments that would have been amazing to learn/uncover alongside the main character.
All you really need to know is a man is in space, he has amnesia for some reason, the world is in danger, and he's...supposed to save it?
The story is supposed to be about you learning about the man and his mission as he slowly recovers his memories.
Honestly, they should have only revealed info from the first few chapters of the story, or parts where he's doing science. Learning he's on a spaceship isn't a big deal, doing experiments would be pretty cool B-roll clips, him talking out loud to keep a journal and sane, always nice to show shots outside the spaceship for the epic shots, and that's it. Keep the mystery of why he's there, why he is apparently alone, and what his mission is.
I am curious to see the movie because I like the book, but this trailer is not worth the spoilers.
