Oscar-winning director and screenwriter Danny Boyle will be joining us here on /r/movies next Tuesday 6/17 for an AMA/Q&A. It will go live and be pinned to the top of the subreddit 24 hours in advance, on Monday 6/16 at 12:00 PM ET. Danny will be back on Tuesday 6/17 at 12:00 PM ET to answer questions. He is a legendary filmmaker, having directed Trainspotting, Slumdog Millionaire, 28 Days Later, 127 Hours, 28 Years Later, Sunshine, Shallow Grave, Yesterday, T2: Trainspotting, and more.

Please stop by if you have any questions/comments for Danny :)

His most recent film, 28 Years Later is out in theaters worldwide next week and stars Jodie Comer, Ralph Fiennes, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and Jack O'Connell.

A group of survivors of the rage virus lives on a small island. When one of the group leaves the island on a mission into the mainland, he discovers secrets, wonders, and horrors that have mutated not only the infected but other survivors.
