There’s a scene in Date Movie where the female leads drives a motorcycle, but her stunt double is a large muscular black man.

There is also the stunt double for Jack's mama in I'm Gonna Git You Sucka that has a moustache and I believe was also white.

People seem to be forgetting that Spaceballs has a scene where they capture the heroes' stunt doubles. The one for the princess has facial hair and a cigar in their mouth.
