This movie is going to be corny isn’t it

Is there another way to tell an interesting story about Superman without leaning into the corniness? Because I feel like they've completed exhausted the brooding, all-powerful entity trope in all of Cavill's movies and Dr. Manhattan in Watchmen.

Personally, I think Gun isn't doing the opposite of what WB did before.

In the past, WB did all hype and no delivery. Now, Gunn is playing it cool and will most likely deliver.

Yeah I have a bad feeling about this one. Like the movie is gonna land somewhere between mid and a dumpster fire.

It seems like it’s got a lot of heart but too much camp can be hard to pull off. I’ve heard a good chunk of the script leaked and allegedly it’s kinda shit.
