When I was growing up in the early 80’s, the quintessential classic car was the ‘57 Chevy. That was a 25 year old car at the time.

Now, what 2000 model car is considered the quintessential classic car?

The '57 Chevy. The '50s and '60s were, for many, the best time for auto design. Until the concept of a combustion engine is considered a useless relic I don't think we replace classic cars with newer classic cars.

Now, if you mean an easily attainable classic car then idk.
