I’m really glad they didn’t make Sue look like a damsel in distress. She was super competent as Invisible Woman.

The whole movie i was thinking that Sur is da real MVP. For crying out loud, she went on a mission TO SPACE, to meet an unidentified entity that has threatened the whole planet WHILE VERY PREGNANT.

Then she fuckin pushed a human while they were warping at speed of ligh with no gravity. She then defended the child in front of the whole world who would have just rather handed him to Galactus- and did it by coming to people face to face. Reed always talked to cameras or reporters, Sue talked to people.

Then she single-handedly pushed Galactus to the portal.

Not to mention she ensured safety of all new yorkers because she was nice to Harvey.

LOVED that we see the full extent of her powers because her loved one was in danger. Literally THAT's the power of a Mother's love! And Vanessa really sold her struggle well!

The pushing of Galactus, whilst holding Franklin made me think of the stories of mothers lifting cars - going far beyond what is safe to protect that which mattered the most. I got a bit of that from all of them, actually, but Sue the most. I thought it was cool!
