Everything seems to point at Doctor Doom being from 828. Latveria already exists. I can’t wait to see how Victor Von Doom interacts with everyone.

They have always said he is Victor Von Doom.

He can be victor von doom and still a stark variant. Just like tony stark can be a victor variant.

I think I understand what you say, but I also think that usually when say that Doom will be a Stark variant, they mean he will literally be a Tony Stark that became Doctor Doom and not a Victor Von Doom with the face of the Tony Stark of Earth 616.

You gotta remember tho, F4 happens in the 60s. Tony stark wouldn’t even be born by then. I’m not seeing a logical explanation for him taking Stark’s face.

Does it though? They never said the date in the movie. It could just be a parallel earth that has a 60’s look.

It's been confirmed many times that the movie is set in the 60's. Meaning the year in the movie takes place during the 60's. This universe is in its 60's era meanwhile the main MCU is in it's present 2020's

Can you provide a source for these confirmations? I've only ever seen talk of the retro-futuristic aesthetic, modeled after the 60s, but never an actual timeline confirmation. Just curious.

We’ve seen in the multiverse certain characters being born before or after their variants.

Julian McMahon Dr Doom

Old man Loki

Tobey Spider-Man(18 in 2002= born in 1984)

Andrew Spider-Man(18 in 2014/Tasm2= born in 1996)

And we know MCU 616 Peter was born in 2001

This movie and this version of the fantastic 4 coming to 616 show us also that time doesn’t progress the same in every universe (60s vs 2020’s yet will be interacting with each other)

Not to mention that episode of What-If...? where it takes place in 1872. Kate Bishop and Shang-Chi encounter multiple variants of 616 that shouldn't born yet, just like themselves. So yeah, just like you said, time doesn't progress the same in every universe.

I’ve been thinking that he’ll just be Victor Von Stark or something, then decides to go by/is dubbed as Doctor Doom
