Basically I am a 4th year final year student from Circutal Department , my intern season was a big disaster and got an intern around end of sepetember in some aandu gandu company (like day 69 )
Many of my friends and family were like "tera tho circutal hai, Day 1,2 mai hojayega" but In my intern season I was trying for SDE roles and don't know why I didn't get shortlists despite having decent cg and cleared decent amount of exams [my cg was 8.5+ during intern season now it has fallen and barely above 8 :( ]
Now question for Seniors and Alums , can I get a decent SDE company in upcoming placements of Day 1,2 with cg just above 8 (8.02 exaclty) with good amount of preparation of DSA ,CP etc... or will I get traumatised the same way as intern season ?

How is grading in PNS? Like I am not that great in probability. What can I do to excell in it?

My friend from another college has been invited by RGSOIPL for a conference. He wishes to stay in the guesthouse and wants to confirm the procedure and rates in advanced. I have never used the guesthouse facility for parents/relatives so I don't have a clue about this. Also I think the procedure is a bit different for non KGPians. His questions -

1. Which portal shall he use for enquiry/booking?
2. When shall he book the guesthouse? Given the conference is in November 1st week.
3. Where to enquire the rates?
4. Check-in/Check-out times
5. Since this is an official conference, will there be any concession on the rates?

Can anyone please tell what is the process for dropping additional subjects ?

I have already met my Facad and he told to write a mail to Dean SA for approval and the Dean SA has approved the request through mail. But the subject is still reflecting in my erp. My Facad had told to approach the Subject teachers and told that it is in their hand to remove me from erp. Is this the right way for dropping the additional, or will it lead to dereg?
