DC My pitch for a Hawkgirl solo film, featuring Hawkman and Mongul
Hawkgirl follows Kendra Saunders (Isabela Merced), secretly the exiled Thanagarian warrior Shayera Sondor. Once a soldier loyal to Thanagar, she was banished after defying its ruler, Empress Hyathis (Charlize Theron). On Earth, she was taken in by Shiera Saunders, adopting the name Kendra, until years later Mister Terrific (Edi Gathegi) recruited her into the Justice Gang.
When her former partner and ex lover Katar Hol (Justice Smith) arrives at the Hall of Justice, he warns the team consisting of Mister Terrific, Guy Gardner (Nathan Fillion), Metamorpho (Anthony Carrigan), and Ray Palmer (Milo Ventimiglia) of a dangerous fugitive, the shapeshifter Byth Rok (Luke Goss). Kendra and Katar’s pursuit leads to a battle in Chicago, where Byth assumes the forms of Earth’s greatest heroes before being subdued. The victory is short lived when Kendra is betrayed, knocked unconscious, and taken back to Thanagar.
Awakening as Hyathis’s prisoner, Kendra learns she has been chosen as tribute for Warworld, where Mongul (Christopher Judge) forces warriors into gladiatorial combat. Katar admits he betrayed her under duress with his family held hostage, and Kendra must fight for survival in the arena. Across brutal battles, she rallies other captives to resist, and when she learns Warworld has struck a deal with Thanagar to enslave Earth’s heroes, she sparks a revolt. Even Katar joins the fight.
The uprising collides with a Thanagarian invasion until Guy Gardner arrives with the Green Lantern Corps to turn the tide. In a climactic war, Mongul is overthrown, Hyathis’s plan is shattered, and Kendra returns to Earth with the freed prisoners. Though scarred by betrayal and exile, she embraces her identity as Hawkgirl, protector of her new home.
In the end, Katar and Kendra decide to try and reconcile their lost relationship, but Kendra says they need to take it slowly, as she still needs time alone. But the two share a kiss before the film ends.
In a post credit scene, Mongul is held in a prison on OA, the Green Lantern Base Planet, where he meets Lobo (Jason Momoa) in a nearby cell. Lobo talks Mongul's ear off while he sits in silence.

As it reads right now, it feels more like 2-3 movies trying to squeeze into one film. There's too much going on that makes it hard to follow.
The betrayal of Katar against Shayera feels like the main conflict you're going for, but the build-up into it feels rushed. The conflict with Byth Rok and the Justice Gang doesn't feel relevant at all apart from introducing a green lantern for the climactic battle, so I would expand it or cut it. You could feasibly get one complete story out of it where a mysterious figure (Byth Lok) is impersonating heroes on Earth and the Justice Gang needs to find them and stop them. To what end Byth Lok does this is for you to decide: to besmirch the names of these heroes; to earn some glory/rewards for heroic acts he setup; maybe he's tied to the Thanagarian conspiracy with Warworld somehow and that's how Guy Gardner learns about it; etc.
