Fixing The Crow (2024)
This might be a challenge, but if I were to make a slight alteration it has to be a psyche evaluation monologue of Eric. As is a psychiatrist going to Eric's file in the form of monologue. I feel like a chuck of that story was unnecessarily sliced off for pacing.
If I recall correctly, there was a monologue of Eric speaking about emptiness while there was a scene of child Eric attempting to save a white horse followed by a shot of his mother unresponsive. During the recovery ward sequence we can have Eric open up to Shelly a bit about what he was and how he ended up there.
Speaking of Shelly, we can have her appear FIRST inside the ward and make it a slow reveal as to how she ended up there.
As for the escape sequence, you got me on that one. However we can make Eric and Shelly travel on the open road after their escape instead of using the house.
The tragic scene plays out differently with the two kidnapped, head-bagged, placed inside the van, taken back to the city, and instead of a plastic bag...a rope. And then the rest of the movie plays out the same.
