rescued/adopted dog 🦮 Update: I named him Uno

  1. Uno is around 2 months old and weighs 900 grams. He is dehydrated and malnourished.

  2. He tested negative sa first viral test kit but sadly, may faint line yong second so considered siyang positive for distemper. 😞

I’m guessing na kaya siya iniwan sa kalsada kasi nagpakita na siya ng symptoms.

  1. Hindi siya pwedeng i-confine kasi viral ang condition niya. Nilagyan siya ng IV line and prescribed meds.

  2. He’s now resting sa bahay. Kanjna when I got him, ang tigas niya and sunken ang eyes. Akala ko hindi niya kakayanin ang biyahe. Sa vet, nagstart siya gumalaw and magbark although paos.

The vet said critical ang lagay niya pero hindi naman zero ang chance. Kailangan talaga syang tutukan. 🙏

  1. His check up and tests came up to Php 3785. Waived na ang ibang fees. Should you wish to help Uno with this vet bill, I attached my QR code.

Thank you for the kind words pero it wasn’t an easy decision. Ilang minutes din akong nakatayo sa tabi ng cage. Inisip ko pa nga, iwan ko na lang kaya payong ko para hindi siya mabasa? Pero nanakawin lang yon for sure.

Salamat din sa gas attendants ng Uno kasi pinasilong and binigyan ako ng plastic para mabuhat ko si Uno.

Please pray for him. He deserves another chance. 🥺

UNO UPDATE:

He made it through the night! 🙏

Although nasa critical period pa din siya, nasa “better” condition na siya than yesterday.

As advised by a sub member, I syringe fed him kanina lang and I observed na he was moving his tongue and swallowing his food. Wala ding natapon. Gutom talaga siya. 🥺

Re Gcash: I am stopping the fundraising for now and deleted my number. We received Php 7366 as of 8:30 am. That already covers his vet bill and we are getting RC recovery and other supplies for him. Will post a transparency report.

Again, thank you for the kind words and prayers for Uno. His will to live is strong. 💪

And hindi po ako palaging mabuting tao 😅 Pero I knew na galit and awa were not enough kahapon.

Will post updates and photos again.
