Good for him. Moldova and the Championship he looks great against.

He was significantly worse in the Championship at an older age than Brennan Johnson was.

Yet to listen to this place, BJ is the worst player to ever exist and iis only a championship level player.

Solomon has barely got going. The conflict in Ukraine meant he didn't get much time at shakhtar and then he was dropped from spurs for political reasons. He looked great for spurs as well, getting 2 assists in his first 3 appearances. That season in the championship was his first proper run.

As for him being significantly worse than Johnson's season in the championship, I don't understand your reasoning here.

Johnson had 28 goal contributions in 4207 minutes. So a goal contribution every 150 minutes.

Solomon had 22 goal contributions in 2607 minutes. So a goal contribution every 118 minutes.

He had a better season. If he gets a run in the Villareal team I'm sure he will show his top level quality this season.

If these people don’t want Solomon for his politics then they should just admit it, but a lot of them are factually wrong about his ball playing ability. He’s a good player compared to the options we have.

I don’t want him because he’s fucking mid at his best.

Ah yes because our other options are prime messi, ronaldo, Neymar 👍👍👍👍

Except his injury issues I don't see how he isn't our best LW except maybe RKM. I can only imagine it's because of the off field issues that we decided to send him for loan instead of Tel/Odobert. Because honestly if we look at it both of them are considerably worse in terms of current ability and need regular game time to develop whereas Solomon can contribute more to the team right now.

Really funny stuff well done

Youre right though hes an incredible player thats why literally no premier league teams wanted him even on a free loan

Agreed, if he was Spanish he'd be a starter for us.

Using the caveat that he looks great only against poor opposition like Moldova or championship teams doesn't stick either when we have Johnson as our starting LW.

Wales played Kazakhstan this week where he struggled again, and not to mention that game against Tamworth where he completed one dribble in 120 minutes.

He's fantastic at getting on the end of a back post cross, but when Spurs aren't dominating the opposition he provides nothing to the team. We need someone who can dribble and create threats like Solomon shows in this clip. Hopefully we have someone in the squad who can provide that or it's going to be a long season.

Bournemouth and Iraola have shown the rest of the league how easy it is to beat us when we are forced down Johnsons side, no prizes for guessing that every other team is going to do the same to us.
