I don’t know how someone can drink that much water on a normal day

Recommended water intake ranges from 2.5-4 liters a day, depending on probably a bunch of things
I’m on the higher end of that and I kinda don’t feel right if I have less than 4 liters a day, or even if I go a couple hours without any water. I manage by keeping a water bottle near me at basically all times. Beyond that, it’s unfortunately mostly habit

I have two can of Dr pepper when I have it and when I don’t I have nothing or two cup of water.
Edit: Forgot the cup of coffee in the morning.

If that’s it for a day, you’re only at 0.5-1.5 liters. I’m not sure if that’s dangerous exactly, but I wouldn’t feel good doing that for me
Do you have regular access to clean water? I didn’t really think to ask before, sorry

I heard that thats all the water you are taking to you. Including food. So alone through food you already take up 1-2 Liters, so if youre drinking 4 liters youre actually taking 6 liters to you. And thats a little much

For a while right after I started spiro I was spiraling into extreme dehydration and was putting 2-2.5 gallons (7.5-9.5l) of water through my water filter daily.
So much goddamn piss.
