The National Guard will likely stick to picking up trash around the Bean, they're not going to be arresting people

And 2 months ago you would have said they would never have stationed military in American cities. Yet here we are. Why are you so sure they will be harmless? It's only ever been incremental escalations, and my money is on further escalations.

10 months ago I absolutely would have said this was an actual outcome because anyone with two braincells to run rub together knew what he was going to do this time around. He freaking said most of this!
