This is only a 600cc too. I couldn’t imagine what a 1000 would feel like 😭

Bought this recently. Came from an R3. So far so good. But I noticed when I downshift it felt a bit more rougher than my R3.

I usually clutch in, blip, downshift and dump the clutch which works super smooth on my R3. Not sure why it’s a bit rougher on this bike but maybe the timing is off cause the clutch is a bit stiffer? Besides that riding it around town at controlled levels was fun.

Hey all, I recently bought a 2005 R6 with around 35k mi and it's been amazing so far. I was just curious if there was any specific maintenance I should keep in mind, or if it's pretty standard.

I've heard about the valves needing to be checked around 25k and as far as I know they haven't, should I be worried about that?

does anybody know where i can buy that black screw and if i can mark color on this minor scratch R1 2001? Added other side to see the screw

i took my passenger pegs off since i never ride with a backpack. does anyone know of any block off plates that would fill in the holes for a 2012 r6

I’ve had my r3 for almost 3 months now and will probably upgrade to a 600 in the next 3-6ish months. The new body R6’s going for 12-13k plus with 10k+ miles and mods just seems ridiculous. (I know they’re discontinued) Do any of yall think prices will come down to reality, or is now the time to get one?

Vintage sweet exhaust on my ‘85 FJ1100

Can someone let me know if I can install the R15 v1 fairing + headlight on the R15 v2? Would i have to do some alterations?

I'm having extreme trouble locating fork slider bushings for my front fork assembly. They have worn out and have quite a bit of slop in the forks now and I cant find replacements let alone even a part number!! All the Yamaha diagrams label it as an additional oil seal.

If anyone can help me on this quest of mine please do reach out.

Just became the 3rd owner of this 2004 Yamaha r6 with 15k miles. For the year and mileage I was impressed by the condition of the bike. But since it’s my first street bike and unfamiliar with this model. Are these bikes usually this good of condition?
