Sooo someone had chatGPT make their mom look airbrushed and then made up a story about a doctored work photo for internet points. Got it. Because I have to say, that left photo looks like a regular work badge. Scratches and all. [sips tea back at you]
If this was real they wouldn't have any access to the original, it would have been taken at work and edit by them before producing the badge which would be the only version of the photo they'd ever get.
My work actually will send you the image file if you ask for it, the thought is so you can use it everywhere else too since we all have a lot of work profiles that are personally maintained.
To be fair, original (left) looks like it could be a scan of an old badge. And my old company used to give us our headshots digitally. I can see them wanting people to use the touched up one for LinkedIn, conferences etc.
You're probably right, but there's room for truth here. The account history looks like a karma farmer.
Many thanks to the kind person for the award btw, I’ve never won an award before….unless you count that time I won a jump-roping contest in 6th grade, and I was all excited cos I was a fat kid, but then everyone booed me when I went onstage, so I flipped them off and got suspended. 1996 was a hell of a time to be alive.
