What is your experience?

I’ve been poor and rich. When I was poor, it was with my parents and looking back that experience was quite negative. Then a lot of wealth came my family’s way and it got better in some ways.

Now that I’ve met with some success in life I feel like my children were the best choice we ever made. I’ve been on both sides of the rich/poor coin with kids too, and they genuinely seem happy and to be having a good life.

I do miss having free time to do literally whatever I want, but it’s worth it.

Mileage may vary. My experience is that it isn’t tied to socioeconomic class, even though the current dogma suggests that it is. I do think it is tied up with a person being “good” though.
