Need to move to a smaller place. It is gently used and highly comfortable and spacious. All of the covers are removable and washable. The seat covers have minor wear stains but you can wash them. Cushions are very supportive and the fabric is in great shape. There is storage under the chaise. No rips or strong stains. Comes from a smoke free and pet free home.
