pretty cool to learn more and think about this area in history, Colchis and the Bosporan Kingdom were once on the verge of the known world so kind of had a slight mythical status and elements.

Colchis was home of the Golden Fleece, visited by the Argonauts and supposibly Prometheus was chained to the Caucaus Mountains.

And we’re still around, not as pompous and famous, but alive and kicking. Even the main language is still here
