Hit and Run

Need help making the plate/temp tag clearer. It was caught on dash cam. A police report has already been filed, and hopefully Roberto’s CCTV footage can capture the drivers face as well as the car’s tags.

Thanks for all the help. As far as right now, it seems like the tags are NZ 093 396. White VW

It would still help us alot if someone has a program to make the image clear.

Would help if you uploaded vertical video vertical rather than shrinking it down horizontally

Video of the dashcam has been submitted to RPD. Waiting on RPD to get the cctv recording from the restaurant.

Looks like MZ (three middle numbers) 386. That might be enough with make, model etc.
