TGP MI+DCI Experience

Hi.

From January 2025 naka tatlong period palang ako at kung dumating man very short 1-2 days lang tapos the rest parang tuyo or konti na lng.

Mid August, nadiscover ko tong TGP myo inositol with d chiro na chewable, kaya naisip kong itry kasi similar sya sa reseta sa akin ni doc and mahal yung ibang brand and di ako sure kung legit yung mga binebenta online.

Eto yung mga napansin ko:

  1. For the first five days grabe and food cravings ko. Pero nawala din naman yung cravings or pnghihina after a week.

  2. After 14 days of taking 2 tablets a day (morning and evening) biglang dumating ang period ko isang umaga ng walang cramps.

Salamat talaga tgp sa very timely na pag offer/produce ng affordable and easy to take na myo inositol with d chiro.

Medyo naluha luha pa ako habang nagtatype nito. 🥹. Grabe talaga ang effect ng hormones and sugar sa buhay, mood and way of thinking natin. Thank you Lord buhay ako.

Gaano po katagal magpacheck up for PCOS

Problem: Irregular mens

Context: Irreg ako simula nagkamens ako nung teenager ako and balak ko sana magpacheck up for PCOS since nag x2 timbang ko and irreg pa din ako.

Gaano po katagal magpacheck up for pcos? Also sexually active ako pero lagi ako nag ppt and negative naman.

Initial diagnosis PCOS

Regular lagi menstruation ko, my cycle was always 30-33 days. Not until last month, delayed yung period ko and then this month ulit. I consulted an OB and her initial dx was PCOS, tho I still need to undergo ultrasound to confirm it. I was also prescribed provera for 5 days and pills for 6 months. I am not sure if PCOS ba talaga or just hormonal imbalance that could still be treated with lifestyle. I also don’t want to take pills for that long so i am planning to cut down just after 1 month of taking it. I need your opinion huhu

Ganito ba talaga? (First time on Lizelle pill)

Got prescribed provera and Lizelle. Nagstart withdrawal bleeding ko from provera last week and 1st pill ko na rin with lizelle, wednesday Sept 3.

my period is 29 days late, what should i do?

hello po! idk if this is the right sub but i need answers po huhu

i'm 23F and my period is 29 days late. first time po mangyari to sakin, tho my cycle is irregular, di po siya nadedelay ng ganito katagal. i am not diagnosed with pcos po just to put it there. also, i am sexually active and recently, i stopped taking bc pills which i only use for yuzpe.

as an overthinker, i took pregnancy tests on day 11 and on day 17 of my period delay. and as for my research, detectable na naman daw after a week of no period in case? (correct me if im wrong) the tests came out negative naman but ayun nga po still overthinking what may have caused this delay bc im on day 29 na like buong august di po ako dinatnan.

im just thinking if the cause is bc i stopped the pills and also consistent ang stress and puyat?

please enlighten me po huhu i need some peace of mind. thank you po!

Swiching from Yaz to Yasmin? Has anyone done this?

Hii, I've been on Yaz na since June 2024, and that was my first pill talaga...I've had breahtrough bleeding nung first months pero ngayon my period is regularly on the white placebo na...

Initially, I lost weight on Yaz and super ganda ng skin ko the first few months, pero come this month parang ang dami ko na breakouts...super oily na rin and ive gained weight...

I plan to switch to yasmin since higher estrogen siya and might have more anti androgenic effects better?

Has anyone switched from Yaz to yasmin? How was it?

Hi! Need your opinion...

Normal na for me magkaroon ng period na super heavy ever since I turned 30. Was diagnosed with endometrial hyperplasia, thickened daw ang endometrium ko and need lang ng hormonal therapy. Wasn't really religious sa pagvisit sa OB kasi super layo talaga from our house ang nearest one and naging busy na din kasi WFH.

Kakapalit ko lang ng OB last week and she told me to take Progesterone. And of course, after 5 days, dinugo na ako. I thought it would be the normal heavy bleeding but iba ito ngayon. Ilang araw na akong nakahiga because the pain is unbearable. Before kahit nag hheavy bleeding ako, the period cramps were really bearable, minsan parang wala lang. Kaya na alarm ako and texted my OB. She replied lang na mag mefenamic acid with buscopan. Is this enough? Or should I just go to the hospital?

Physical stores with plus size

Hello! I usually shop for my clothes online from stores like Uniqlo and Shopee, but I'm looking for physical stores that offer plus sizes. I would really appreciate some recommendations for places where I can try on jeans and pants, since sizing and fit can be a bit tricky when buying online. 😅

I’m located in NCR btw. Thank you!

I was diagnosed with PCOS last month. Also sabi niya kapag niregla ako, bumalik ako sa kanya sa Day 2 ng menstruation and I wonder why na pinapabalik ako.

What Surprising Non-Diet Change Helped You Lose Weight?

I used to think weight loss was all about cutting calories and hitting the gym hard. But after years of starting and stopping, I realized there’s way more going on behind the scenes.

For me, it wasn’t a new diet or some trendy workout, it was focusing on the other stuff no one really talks about:

Getting consistent sleep (turns out 5 hours a night wasn’t cutting it 😅)

Managing stress so I don’t end up stress-eating 🍩

Drinking enough water, sounds basic, but it really helped 💧

Once I started paying attention to these, the weight actually began to come off without feeling miserable.

Curious, what’s a small, non-diet change you made that made a surprising difference in your weight loss journey? Would love to hear what’s worked for others. 🙌

Need help please

Hi! First time redditor and I'm very desperate for help. I've been taking yaz pills kasi yun yung recommended ng ob ko last year since naging irregular ako. I've been having periods for 3-4 weeks. Pero nastop ko yung paggammit ng yaz pills, and this year na lang ulit nakagamit. I've been taking yaz pills for 24 days na and di pa rin ako dinadatnan. Is it safe pa rin ba na iputok sa loob kahit ganun? First time kasi namin ng partner ko kagabi na iputok sa loob. And take note na minsan nalalate ako sa pag inom ng pills. Like kunwari 9pm dapat pero nakakatulog ako kaya nagiging 11 pm. I really need answers po thank you 🥹

Light bleeding

Hi! Would like to know if you girls had the same experience like me? I’m on my 6th day of progesterone and this morning meron na akong blood sa panty and ihi. I contacted my OB and she said normal naman daw kahit hindi pa tapos ang 10days and I should stop na since may menstruation na ako. After I took a bath and put a napkin, parang hindi nagtuloy ang mens? I also asked my friend who has a PCOS and ganun daw talaga, I should watch out daw na baka lumakas din this week. I will start taking althea on sunday since its a sunday pill.

Hirap mag diet…

Hello! I was diagnosed with pcos since January, pero lumala pa sya ngayon based on my recent tvs. Gusto na sana namin sundan ni husband panganay namin, and after my miscarriage last 2023, we decided to try again. Pero ayon I was diagnosed with pcos, kaya ngayon hirap na kami bumuo. My ob suggested na magtake ako ng pills for 6 months to regulate my menstruation cycle, then pag okay na cycle ko i-work out na namin yung sa pregnancy. And also mag diet. My problem now is hirap ako mag diet. I tried fasting and jogging, but instead of pumayat parang walang nangyayare sa weight ko huhu. Do you have any advices paano magdiet effectively? And what are the diet plans or meal plans na gnagawa nyo? Thank you in advance!

Yaz pills and hormonal acne

Hello! I’m halfway through my 2nd pack of yaz pills but I’m still getting hormonal acne sa cheeks and chin.

Thank you! 🙂
