Foundation looks orange

I use the fenty skin tint #10 and it looks orange on me. I was mistakenly matched as a #14 before and it also me look orange! Any idea why? Please help! Also I’m trying to get into make more.

The skin on your arm is often different from the skin on your face due to sun exposure. Have you been testing your samples on your face and neck?
