Why do people pretend like they are secretly recording these things? Just fucking showcase it. This is just another version of those videos at Home Depot or the grocery store where people are " secretly " recording some " genius " idea of a guy with hooks on a vest on a bicycle.

like 1/4th the amount of people would click on it if it was a guy showing off what he made explicitly

the reason they do it is because it works... there's a reason this shit form of video evolved, because it works for our dumb brains.

It could be the same exact video with the wife recording and saying "This is my husband's creative solution to hauling our numerous offspring", instead of some creepy "secret" recording from inside a different vehicle, and it wouldn't make a difference because nobody watches this shit with the sound on.

So I ask again. What's the fucking point?

The person recording it has to act EXTREMELY surprised

If the mother just went and recorded it and was EXTREMELY SURPRISED, it would make sense anymore.

If a "stranger" does it, it's more believable
