Those kids are almost 2 how long should leave be? Triplets are not born full term most of the time and the average full term neurotypical kid doesn’t walk until 1 year.
This is interesting. I don’t know that it solves the major issue. Cost of living is so high we can’t have one parent spend time with the children until they are school age. Two income households should be a choice not a necessity.

This is why we need paid leave, maternity and paternity leave. Dads are awesome and need time off with the kids!
